YOGA

Yoga helps in developing physical fitness as well as keeps you calm in the hectic schedule going around everyone. We have a well lit hall with a capacity of 25 people that can be used for hosting yoga sessions. The hall has Polyurethane flooring, mirrored wall, lockers and proper ventilation which can also be utilized for various other activities like aerobics, zumba, etc.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

  1. Timings will be 6 AM to 8 AM and 6 PM to 8 PM.
  2. Proper attire is a must.
  3. Yoga hall will be a multipurpose hall which will also be used for Aerobics and Zumba.
  4. Non-marking shoes will be allowed while performing Aerobic and Zumba activities, while yoga will be performed barefoot.
  5. Any heavy objects (like table,chair, etc.) should not be brought inside the hall
  6. Food and beverages will not be allowed inside the hall.
